As long as you are doing something Knowledge related every day you can probably get away with going out on the streets 3 times a week. But you must as I said keep bashing away at the calling over or map studies or point placing every single day (not so it takes over your entire day of course but at least a couple of hours) and soon it will become a way of life, so much so that if you do take a day out and do nothing you will feel guilty. Sounds tedious because it is, but well worth it in the end. Good luck.
ps The reason why over 70% of K students drop out is because its a lot of hard work, but the more you do it, the easier it gets. Honest!
