at the moment i have a clean driving licence and am half way through learning the knowledge.
however as i will be part-time minicabbing for the next year or so to earn money whilst learning i suddenly had this worrying thought
if i receive any points on my licence whilst minicabbing will i then be declined to get by badge.
Do you have to have a clean licence right till the moment you pass out.
