Hi Matt and Gen. Our westie Ditto has allergys as well I am not quite sure what you mean by a rash, anyway at this time of year he starts itching profusley as well. my vet put him on a childs benadryl chew or liquid ,one in the morning one at night, we brush him good every other day, he eats solid gold bison and salmon. also is on dental liguid in water i teas every morning , no table scraps at all! this is important, do not know if this will help but feel for your pups, his is also seasonal, also be carefull if you use any house spray, good luck keep in touch
