thank you karen for your message. yesterday i rescue/adopted a cairn terrier & she was from a puppymill in ohio. the lady that rescued her is doing it again today. you are right, the stories you hear are hard to fathom. how any human can be so cruel is beyond understanding. but i have 'Tara' now & she is doing very well. i also have 2 westies & they are teaching her things too. she is a real sweetheart but you can see in her eyes what she must've been thru. keep telling people, maybe someday they can be stopped. thanks again, carol
