Two of my westies have this problem. I use a combination of things. You may want to try Malaseb spray or pledgets. Malaseb is made by DVM and comes in several formulations (shampoo, ear wash, etc.) The spray and/or pledgets work wekk for the feet because you can get it right on the affected area. Malaseb helps to control and then inhibit yeast growth which arises when dogs lick between their toes and/or foot pads. It is warm there and moist from licking -- voila, yeast will grow. and yeast infection is itchy so they lick more. After applying Malaseb, I spray on a natural anti-itch spray that I get online at Only Natural Pet Store. Then I put a baby sock over the foot adn tape it into place so that my dog can't get at the foot to lick. I do this application process twice per day until I start to see improvement. Then I reduce it to once a day until the foot clears up. When Malaseb does not seem to do the trick, I use a fungicide called Fungicure in its place. Of course, if there is bleeding, there may be an infection. You should check with your vet. Good luck!
