That is a tough decision. But, you know puppies take alot of work just like new babies except new babies pee in their diapers puppies don't. They need alot of attention just like babies. When raised with children they are fine but the question here at this point in your life can you do justice to both. Either one is an exhausting job. I think unless you have superhuman strenght, stamina, and unlimited patience I would wait on the puppy. I love my little westie and I know you would love yours too but she is still alot of work and is 4 years old now.
