My Westie girl, Maggie, has the same issues with incontinence. She is on daily medication (Proin) as well as a weekly pill (DES), and as long as she stays on these meds, she is fine. Your vet may have to adjust the meds to find the right combination that works for her. I don't have to restrict her water as long as she takes these meds. Good luck in finding what works for you. One more tip - I buy the medications online and save a great deal of money that way.
