E-mail i received last Week.
i represent a football club in west wales called Ffostrasol Afc in the ceredigion league. we are orgainising a short to ireland at the end of august.
we are loking for a club who may be prepared to play a friendly pre-season game with us. date we are looking for is either friday 25th august or saturday 26th august.
we play a reasonable standard although what we are looking for will be a social/friendly game to fill in the time whilst we are away for the few days. we played a second Dungarvan side in the waterford league about 10 years ago, and we had a great welcome, although some were a worst for the 'guiness' when we played!!
we are looking to stay in or near Cork itself or an adjacent Town, if you can recommend a Hotel please let me know
