Railway Side is in Spring Gardens. Not 100% sure of Brewery Yard but it must be connected to the Brewery which was attached to The Manor House. Looking at the census forms for your family where this appears it is is between Front Street and Toad Pool which fits in with the location od the Brewery. There are some cottages next to the Brewery which I knew as Brewery Cottages.
