In 1901 census there is an Annie Wade b 1890 living in New Street with parents Robert and Jane and 5 siblings. Could this be her?
There is an Edward Burdess Lamb b 1895 living in Front Street with parents Edward B (Burdess also?) and Mary E and 3 sibling. Suspect he may be the Burdess Lamb you mention.
If these are of interest I will email you copies of census returns. I can also check further back quite easily if it helps.
The 1911 census for Durham will be available on line later this month and you can search for her at that time but you have to pay to see results.
