Bill Woodward, St Helens was an uncle of mine. Does anyone know about his career in football. He probably srarted with West A.perhaps in the 1920s, thereafter, he played as far as I know ,centre for Newcastle before going to Liverpool,for whom he played at Wembley.
Can anyone add further information.
