Hi again,
That was too much of a coincidence for someone with the same as you to be in the surgery. This chap looked Late 60's(ish) Perhaps he's some relative of yours. We are related to Bernard but I don't Know him. I'm surprised you don;t know my brother, he went around with Eddie and Buster Lamb and is still in touch with them - Buster's sister Freda lives round the corner from me (as does Monica Chrissop's son Neil. We lived in East View (backing on to Founder's Yard) and then we moved to Post Office Square (opposite the Workingmen's Club. Sadly neither of those streets are around now.

: When I lived in Darlington Road, in
: the 1940s, a little further down the
: road, near the schoolmaster Watson's
: house, there lived a family which
: included Eddie and Nora Kears.
: I'd rather like to get in touch with
: either of those before it's too late
: - Nora (now surnamed Patterson) is
: said to be living in Bishop and
: Eddie (Edwin) perhaps in Stockton.
: Can anyone tell me the address of
: either ? 'Twould make an old, old
: man (me)less miserable. Thanks.
