Mystery picture

i have attached a photo and wondered if anyone could throw any light on it. We are not sure when or where it was taken, or who the people are. The chap in the centre with the flat cap is Louis Proudlock Draffan born in 1874 so I would guess it was taken around the beginning of the 1900s. I am researching my family tree and it would be very helpful if someone could identify any of the people in the photo, or indeed throw any light on it.
Keeping my fingers crossed.
