Posted by Anne I am frantic with making a decision... I just cannot do it. I went to see him after work and he was thrilled to see me though totally dragged his back legs...he was so pathetic. He is deaf in his right ear and cannot blink his right eye. I just cannot put him down but know i cannot give him all the care he will need now.

Last night I brought Cooper, 3 year old chocolate long hair, to the vet, dreading the trip. cooper had lost all strength in his hind legs... I really thought he was too young for Intervert. Disc Disease. The xray was a mess. Poor thing was in pain. I left him in loving skilled hands but with steroids and pain meds the following morning he was worse and could not pee on his own.
What should i do? I am so beside muself. I love him so so very much. HELP.....
