It's looking like we are going to be helping him to the Bridge within the next couple of days, possibly as soon as tomorrow. In his final act as "Senior Weiner", Max would like to wish the best of luck and a very long reign to his successor: Ivan, owned by Mack. Ivan will be turning 17 this month. Having met sweet little Ivan myself, I couldn't think of a more worthy successor to the "Senior Weiner" title. All hail Ivan, the "Senior Weiner". Long may the new "Senior Weiner" reign. It's been a great run for us. Even though Max has live a life longer than most, you always want just a bit more. More than the quantity of Max's 17 1/2+ years has been the quality of those years. Consider this one statistic: In his entire life, you can count the number of times that he slept alone (no hoomans or other doggies to snuggle with) on one hand. Soon he will be reunited with Rudy & Rusty and our trio will be complete again."
