Supper tonight will be a Porterhouse steak, Bob Evans mac and cheese and steamed broccoli with cheese. Shopper brought me the thickest Porterhouse steak. I am kind of leery about making it. Never made one this thick. But we'll get out the grill pan and try it. One of these days we will have to get out the teenie weenie grill for the summer.
