1 lb. chicken wings
3 T. veg oil
1/2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
1. Place chicken wings in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat.
2. in a separate bowl whisk together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper until combined.
3. Dredge the wings in the flour mixture one at a time, coating them well and place in the air-fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 400' for 20 minutes, turning wings halfway through cooking time. Cook until breading is golden brown and crunchy.
