8 oz. noodles, cooked
3 T. butter
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/2 C. chopped green pepper
2 C. (8 oz.) grated cheese
1 can corned beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 C. milk
Melt butter in skillet and cook onions and peppers. Put noodles, onions and peppers in a 3 quart greased casserole dish. Combine soup, milk and corned beef and add to casserole. Mix well. Top with 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs mixed with 2 tsp. melted butter. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
