I was told by a waitress that restaurants make Black Diamond Steak from a premade marinade product named something like Jackpack or Jax Pack. This was almost 20 years ago so the name might have changed by now if they even make it anymore. It is made from "dark sauces" and that is about all I know.
But anyway, this recipe was OK. You'll like it if you like the taste of Worchestershire sauce.
