get him to a vet, expensive but My turtle is sick too, $65 for an exam, anitbiotic shot and meds at home, vitamin A shot. he is still sick after a week of treating. he has a bacterial infection, swollen eyes, closed, is not eating, (I can force feed a bite or two of soaked turtle food) I just found out, have to keep his water and atmosphere warmer when ill, 82-85 degrees.
