HELP SICK TURTLE!

My friend has a baby turtle and she took him on a 2 hour car ride to visit me and we live in massachusetts so its cold out. he is not eating or moving around a lot and has been sunning himself a lot. i noticed when i got home tonight he had bubbles coming out of his nose while he was on his sunning rock. does this mean he has a respiratory problem? any feedback will be helpful. thanks.
