I just got a turtle from my brother that wasn't being taken care of properly. I want to introduce her to the outside by building a pond. But right now it is early december in California and it's a little chilly with very little rain here n' there. Do i need to put a submersable heating tool in the water or leave as is. The water temp is a lil cold and so is the air. Or will I be better off getting a larger tank with accessories and keep her indoors?
