Water Turtles: Could use some help and answers!

Could use some help and answers!

A turtle has just laid eggs in my driveway! I am not sure what kind of turtle it is but, it went to the water after it laid these eggs. How long is it going to take for these eggs to hatch? we might have to move them? but how? Worried for their safety,
