TURTLE DOING WIERD STUFF

hI,
My son and I have had a baby water turtle for about 1 week. It gets on the rock in the aquarium and stretches it's legs out without touching the rock. It is almost like he is doing a handstand. Do you have any idea what I am talking about? It is the weirdest thing I have ever seen. He also does it with his front legs. Sometimes it is laying on it's belly and all found legs are stretched out and up. Weird I know. We think know he maybe a Ninja Turtle! LOL
