👉🏼Start oven at 350f
-24 oz of 2% cottage cheese
-3 whole eggs
-3 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder
-3 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
👉🏼 Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth
👉🏼 Divide recipe into 4 ovenproof ramekins (if you want to weigh, place each ramekins on scale and pour about 240g into each)
👉🏼 Place ramekins in a water bath (ovenproof dish full of water to place ramekins in, water should cover the bottom half of ramekins)
👉🏼 Bake at 350 for about 35-40 mins
👉🏼 Allow to cool in the fridge before serving
👉🏼 Serve with fresh or stewed berries
