- 2 Large chicken breasts 400g around 1 lb.
- 1 x egg
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- salt
- Black pepper
- 6 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 30g Tomato Sauce 2 Tbsp.
- 15g Brown sugar 1 Tbsp.
- 2 Tbsp White vinegar
- Olive oil
- Green Peppers
- Red Peppers
- Garlic Clove
- Water as below
INSTRUCTIONS
Dice 1 lb. chicken breasts and add into a bowl that has 1 whisked egg. Add 1 Tbsp White Vinegar, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, salt, Black Pepper and mix until combined
Then add 5 tbsp of cornstarch and hand toss until fully coated.
Air fry 12-15 mins @200°C / 400°F
or oven cook 18-22mins @190°C / 375°F
To a pan add 2/3 C water and bring to the boil, add 2 Tbsp. Tomato Sauce, 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar, 1 Tbsp White Vinegar, 1 Tbsp Soy sauce and cook this for 2 mins then set a side.
To the last pan add Olive oil, 1/2 Onion, green peppers, Red peppers 1 crushed garlic clove and cook for 2 mins.
Pour the sauce over the vegetable in the pan and then add 1 Tbsp cornstarch to 1/4C water and pour in. Add your cooked chicken and gently mix until fully coated and simmer until sticky!
