Dry ingredients: 2 cups Flour
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 and 3/4 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
Wet ingredients:
2 large eggs, at room temperature
3/4 cup full fat sour cream or plain yogurt, at room temperature
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup whole milk, at room temperature
1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Method
Mix Dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, then combine. Bake at 425 for 5 min, then turn down temp to 350 for 15-17 min.
Makes approx 15 Muffins
