200g/ 1C chocolate - milk or dark (I used milk). 200g/ 1C smooth peanut butter.
40g/ 1/3C coconut oil or butter
75g/ 1 & 1/2C Rice Krispies
50g/ 1/2C oats
Step 1: Prepare a 12 hole muffin tray, use paper cases if you wish.Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave or in a bowl over a pot of simmering water.
Step 2: Mix in the peanut butter, if the peanut butter is lumpy warm it for a further 30 seconds in the microwave.
Step 3: Fold in the rice krispies and oatsStep
Step 4: Scoop into the muffin tray.
Step 5: Set in the fridge for 1 hour.Keep time in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
They freeze great too.
