Ingredients:
4 eggs, room temp
8 oz sugar free chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325F.
2. Separate the whites and yolks.
3. Beat the whites until stiff peaks form.
4. Melt your chocolate chips, I microwaved in 30 second intervals stirring each time:
5. Fold the yolks in to the chocolate & then add your whites.
6. Mix & add to a parchment lined 9” cake dish that’s been greased.
7. Drizzle your peanut butter on top and swirl in with a butter knife.
8. Bake for 30 minutes.

Pro tip: Make sure the eggs are room temperature or the chocolate will harden when mixing with the yolks.
