14 whole graham cracker sheets
1 cup butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup finely chopped pecans
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cover the surface area with the graham crackers. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the sugar. Stir to mix and when all melted pour over the graham crackers. Gently smooth out the sauce to cover completely. Spread the pecans over the top.
Optional: chocolate pieces on top.
Bake at 400F for 4-5mins. Cool and break up into pieces.
