Recipe:
First, combine
1/2 cup warm water
1 Tbsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
Set aside until frothy/bubbly
Second Mix,
2 cups warm water
2Tbsp butter or lard
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
Combine the two mixtures and then slowly add 7-8 cups of flour, until dough is no longer sticky. Let rise until doubled. Punch down, and let rise again. If making cinnamon buns you can now roll into rectangle, spread sugar and cinnamon as desired, roll, slice and place on a non stick pan, let rise until doubled. For Bread, shape and place in pans, let rise again.
For bread and rolls bake at 350F for 30 min or until golden brown (rolls may take less time).
