Extra creamy, extra flavorful, and so. freakin. good.
🦀16 Oz cream cheese (room temperature)
🦀8 Oz crab meat, real OR imitation crab
🦀2 scallions, thinly sliced
🦀1/2 tsp minced garlic
🦀3/4 tsp grated ginger
🦀1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
🦀1 tsp soy sauce
🦀1 tsp sesame oil
🦀1/4 tsp sugar
🦀1/4 tsp white pepper
🦀1/4 tsp garlic powder
🦀Wonton wrappers (about 30)
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Use your hands so it’s all evenly incorporated and the crab meat is fully shredded. Place 1.5 teaspoons of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Brush water along the edges of the wrapper then diagonally fold two corners shut and pinch to seal. Fold the remaining two corners shut now and pinch everything together. This step is demonstrated in the video.
2. Heat vegetable oil to about 350°F and fry the Rangoons on both sides for about 2 minutes or until they’re golden. Remove and serve with sweet chili sauce. Enjoy!
