Copycat Cracker Barrel Chicken BLT Sandwich
Chicken breasts
Bacon
Cheese, sliced
Slice Onions
Buns
Myo
Lettuce
Sliced Tomatoes
Caramalize the onions. Fry up the bacon, and set aside on paper towels. Pound chicken breasts or cut in half horizontally and cook in bacon fat. Slice bun open and put mayo on one half, cheese on the other half. Place the chicken breast on the cheese (so it will melt a bit), then add the onions, bacon, tomatoe slices and lettuce on top. Serve with fries or wedges.
