CHEESY HASHBROWN POTATOES
2 lb. bag OreIda hash brown potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick melted butter
1 chopped onion
Potato chips, crumbled
Thaw bag of hash brown potatoes. Mix sour cream, cheese, chicken soup, butter and onion together. Stir into potatoes until thoroughly mixed. Crumble potato chips on top. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
