Four Ingredients and no baking?! I'm making Baileys Christmas Truffles this year!
All you need is 3 tbsp of Baileys,
10oz of dark chocolate chips,
2 tbsp of butter and
150 ml of whipping cream.
Then :
Place your choc chips in a bowl. Melt the butter and cream in a pan until they gently boil, remove from heat and pour over the choc chips and leave for a few minutes. Then stir gently. (The heat should be enough to melt the chips but if it doesn't you can do this in the microwave in 20 sec intervals) When it's all combined pour in the Baileys, mix and pop in the fridge for around 3 hours. (It will firm up but shouldn't be too solid)
Remove and shape the mix using your hands or a melon scoop and decorate with Christmas sprinkles!
