* I use two 8 or 9 inch square casserole dishes for this, as this makes a lot, and for two it is enough for two meals. I cook one then and save one for a couple nights later.
1 box Kraft Mac & Cheese Deluxe, prepared per package.
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
Approx. 1 C. shredded cheese (cheddar or whatever you prefer)
1 lb ground beef and 1 chopped onion, cooked and drained.
Mix prepared Mac and cheese with cooked hamburger meat & onion. Mix with can of cream of mushroom soup.
Add in a bit of water if very thick - (do not want it too runny so this is 'to eye'), and half of the shredded cheese.
Spoon into casserole dish*
Top with more shredded cheese. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden on top.
