Ingredients:
*1/2 Cup hot sauce
*1/3 Cup butter or margarine, melted
*1 pound Large shrimp, shelled, deveined
*32 1" slices of celery
*8 thin wooden skewers
*blue cheese dressing as needed
*Garlic bread, warm as needed
Directions:
1. Combine hot sauce and butter in bowl; mix well, Reserve.
2. Thread 2oz. shrimp and four slices celery on each skewer. Place in a shallow pan.
3. Pour half of the sauce (1/3 cup) over skewers. Refrigerate, covered for 30 minutes.
4. Grill until shrimp turn pink. Heat remaining sauce; pour over grilled shrimp and celery skewers. To assemble single serving, portion 2 skewers on a plate with blue cheese dressing and garlic bread.
