Individual Ice Cream in a Bag

Yield: 1 serving
6 tablespoons salt
1/2 cup whole milk or half and half
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Procedure:
1. Fill a gallon size zip-top plastic bag half full of crushed ice. Add the salt. Seal and set aside temporarily.
2. Put milk, sugar and vanilla in a pint size zip-top plastic bag. Seal and place inside the gallon bag. Seal the larger bag. Shake until mixture turns to ice cream, about 5 minutes.
3. Remove pint bag and wipe off outside. Add a spoon and eat from the bag.
