* 1/2 cup butter
* 1 cup brown sugar
* 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
* 1 French bread loaf, cut in 1-inch pieces
* 6 eggs
* 1 1/2 cups milk
* 2 teaspoons vanilla
* cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Combine butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup in saucepan; bring to a boil
over medium heat.
3. Pour into a 13-inch by 9-inch baking pan. Lay pieces of French bread in pan
over sauce.
4. In a medium bowl, stir together eggs, milk, and vanilla until well blended.
Pour mixture over bread. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
5. Bake one hour. Serve hot.
