These are super sweet, delicious little treats.
Ingredients:
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 c. sweetened coconut
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
Confectioners' sugar
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the confectioners' sugar together in a large
bowl. Chill mixture for several hours or until firm enough to handle. Using
a teaspoon, measure out small portions of batter and roll into balls. Roll
balls in confectioners' sugar. Store cookies in an airtight container in the
refrigerator. These will keep for about a month.

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I love cookies when they are fresh and soft. Most cookies are hard by the
next day. These cookies stay soft for days!
Ingredients:
4 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
4 sticks of butter
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 3.4-ounce packages instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. milk chocolate chips
2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together the flour and baking soda, set
aside. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white
sugar. Beat in the instant vanilla pudding mix until blended. Stir in the
eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate
chips and nuts. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie
sheets. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be
golden brown. Makes 5 dozen.

Snicker® Surprise Peanut Butter Cookies
This is the most requested cookie recipe that I make. Everyone loves, loves,
loves them.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
24 Snickers® miniature candy bars
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. Crisco®
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking
soda and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix together butter, peanut
butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and combine
thoroughly. Then mix in flour mixture. Cover and chill dough 2 to 3 hours.
To form cookie, scoop a tablespoon of chilled dough and flatten. Place a
miniature Snickers® in the center and form the dough into a ball around the
Snickers®. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 20 minutes. Melt
1/2 c. chocolate chip morsels and 1 tsp. Crisco®. Drizzle on top of cookies
for a pretty presentation.
