14 ounces dark chocolate
1-1/2 ounces butter
3-1/2 ounces chocolate cookies
11 ounces sour cream
18 ounces cream cheese
Vanilla
2 tablespoons cocoa
About 5 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
14 ounces cream
8 ounces miniature marshmallows
Butter a round cake pan. Melt 2 ounces chocolate. Add butter and cookie
crumbs. Mix well. Spread evenly in the bottom of the prepared pan and let
cool. Melt the remaining chocolate. Combine sour cream, cream cheese,
vanilla, cocoa and sugar. Add melted chocolate. Beat the cream and carefully
fold into the chocolate mixture. Evenly spread the mixture over the crust
and refrigerate for 4 hours. Top with marshmallows and refrigerate for at
least one more hour.
