When Liverpool first started buying 'potential', it made sense, as many a times, our league position reflected a weakness in squad strength. Now that we have progressed (and I DO realise that this is a bit arguable) a bit, Houllier should strengthen the team based on current needs. Current needs are maturity (see what McAllister did for us - thanks Macca!), experience and flair. Houllier, please wake up and do what's best for Liverpool.
: Recently liverpool's been linked with high profile stars
: like duff,cisse,kewell,kluvert.I have to remind u,
: liverpool highest transfer fee paid is only 11 m,
: for our "irreplacable" MR heskey. And, do u
: notice houllier doesn't like to but high profile
: stars.Dun put too much hope on this year transfer,
: players who r coming in would only be those who have
: "potential" as Mr houllier mentioned.
: We've wasted so much money on players like
: diouf,diao,cheyrou,biscan,heskey who r really
: disappointing, if we use these money to buy 1 or 2
: stars, it might be more helpful
