GH's man-management skills are very questionable, IMHO. he has slowly but surely surrounded himself by yesmen who are willing to go along with his 'plans' and 'tactics' without questioning anything. if you do so .... if you have anything of what we call personality , you are very quickly on your way out (Camara / Ziege / D Thompson / Fowler are a few names that spring to mind).

do you imagine Slur Alex, Arse Whinger (or any other manager for that matter) coming out with a similar statement on any of his players??
