I was very saddened to hear that "On Line" a horse I had owned and trained a few years back passed away suddenly and unexpectedly last week. For those of you that have been to my farm A big framed picture of "Linus" graces the wall right as you walk into the observation room. This was one of the kindest horses I have ever owned. He came in as a skinny, gangly and very green 4 year old that had never jumped or done a lead change and a season and a half he was winning ribbons in the pre- greens and I even competed in a few of the Pro-Am Medal classes on him (when those were popular). More importantly he went on to be a best friend to numerous Junior and Amateaur Adult Riders. Safely teaching them the ropes while collecting MANY Blue ribbons and Championships. I was so happy that he stayed in the area and frequently saw him at shows. He was stabled across from us at MHC Finals last year which was nice and I just saw him at the SEHA Finals a few weeks ago. I watched him and his newest owner put down one great round after another. It was wonderful seeing him be loved and adored. He will always have a special place in heaven and in my heart!
