The last Bosch injector warranty claim we had was two months ago and certainly at that time, we had a five page report from Bosch warranty dept at Uxbridge, detailing the reasons for failure (and rejection of warranty of course). They dismantled, inspected and took very good photographs of the dismantled and damaged parts. Could not fault the quality of the report--and neither could the customer!.
