Evening All,
Regular customer of mine, usually comes in every 2 or 3 months with DPF Light flashing and oil limit high on dipstick. Usually do oil & Filter change (low ash oil), Oil counters reset & static regen.
However this time DPF Light was flashing and he carried on driving till EML came on. Did the usual routine but this time it wouldn't let me do a static regen kept stopping about 30 seconds into trying to regen.
Obviously something is not letting it complete so checked Glow plugs, all shot so replaced. Checked EGR, seized, cleaned, checked and refitted. But no change in regen.
Plausability test on DPF Sensor shows 1v KOEO, Im use to this being 0.5v on most other systems.
Is this a usual plausabilty reading on mazda systems ?
Live data shows DPF Differential Pressure as 0.39 Kpa KOEO, surely this should be 0 ?
Ex Gas Differential Pressure Sensor Learning Value 12726.18 Kpa (What does this mean ?)
Live data DPF Differential Pressure 7.04 KOER 70.4 mbar again on other systems im use to a good DPF being 25 mbar or under KOER.
EGT Lower 110 degrees KOER
EGT Middle 222 degrees KOER
EGT Upper 141 degrees KOER
