Citroën Picasso 1.6 NFV 2005 - Main beam staying on - Fixed #
Posted by Neil Whiston on September 23, 2015, 10:38 pm Hi guys thought I'd put this one in as I've had 3 of these in the last 6months. Another garage dropped it in with the mainbeam staying on even with ignition off. A quick scan revealed that the BSI was receiving the control signal from the switch and you could hear a relay clicking in the BSI but the headlights didn't react to the command. The relay in the BSI is the fault. You can't replace BSI with 2nd hand unit as immobliser is coded through it. So we got hold of 2nd hand unit and removed the relay and soldered it into the unit (very fiddly be careful)
