| Alright now fellas, how does anyone out there adjust their training schedule when the meet I've been training for is cancelled? I am on a 12 week cycle to the May 19th meet in San Antonio,(Lackland) and things don't look very good at all. I guess I'll shoot for the WABDL meet on July 14th by Tiny Meeker. But how do you adjust WITHOUT OVER TRAINING? It's gonna be very disapointing not to lift on the 19th for max, because I've been very happy with my lifts in the gym. (I'm after my personal lifts only, because there's no way on Gods' green earth I'll ever catch up to the record breakers or real heavy lifters) Anyway, have a good one guys! |
