When using one of those training programs, and it asks us to type in your max for the three lifts,then gives us a schedule, do you guys put in the max at your last meet, or the "projected max?" Right now I'm using one from Jackals Gym, so far I've been very pleased. This week, I hit solid triples of what my opening lifts were back in Feburary. I guess thats good? But regarding the calculator amount, I just didn't want to cheat myself cuz I used my previous maxs and not a projected max number. Anyway, have a strong weekend. |
