Man, I just got hit with the worst case of an Upper Respiratory Infection!! I have missed 3 training sessons! I went back to the gym yesterday, and I was so weak. It really knocked me back. And it was at a turning point in my training schedule. What do you guys do when this happens? I mean, I know you gotta get back into it hard but careful. And I did. I would say I was lifting 4-6% lighter in everything, and doing half or less in reps!
